Terms of sale

  • Our products are digital downloads (PDF). Access is delivered instantly after payment through a private download link.
  • Prices are in Australian dollars and are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions.
  • Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials. You may not share, resell, or republish them.
  • The optional upgrade offered after checkout is charged to the same card only if you click to accept it.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refund policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, email us within 30 days of buying and we will refund you in full. This applies to the Toolkit and the Accelerator. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Earnings disclaimer

Our products are educational. We do not promise or guarantee that you will earn any money. Any figures or price ranges mentioned are indicative examples, not typical or expected results. What you earn depends on many factors including your effort, skills, experience, market and circumstances. AI output can be inaccurate, so always check it before you use or sell it, and follow the terms of any platform or tool you use.

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to sell and deliver your order, and we handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

  • What we collect: your name, email address, order details and the advertising campaign you arrived from. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
  • Why: to process payment, deliver your downloads, provide support, process refunds and improve our marketing.
  • Who processes it: Stripe (payments), Supabase (order records), Vercel (website hosting), and if enabled, Meta (advertising measurement) and our email provider. Some of these providers store data outside Australia.
  • Cookies and tracking: we may use the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform. You can control ad tracking in your browser and Facebook settings.
  • Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us. If you have a complaint, contact us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
